It's a designation we give to doctors in your network who have proven time and again that they provide a higher standard of clinical quality with the best patient outcomes.  When you see an Elite Provider you can be assured you're receiving the best in-network care available.  Finding the right doctor matters and we've done the work for you.

We look at multiple data points, including doctor qualifications, patient outcomes, and other key metrics, to see how all our network doctors perform.  Then, we assign this special designation to only the top 20-30% within their specialty.

How to find a Tier 1 Elite Provider.

We've made it easy to search for a provider from your online "My EMI Health" account dashboard.  Simply login and go to your dashboard to access the search feature.

1.  Go to emihealth.com and login to your "My EMI Health" account.

2.  From your dashboard, Click on "Provider Search" in the medical section.

3.  Your in-state network Tier 1 Elite Provider list is the default.  Scroll to see results, or enter in filters to narrow your search.  To see the full list of providers and facilities, choose your network name from the drop-down menu.
